Inyatsi Construction is a proudly multinational company that has grown from humble beginnings in Eswatini into a significant force in the African construction industry. Our story began in 1982 when Inyatsi Construction Ltd was first registered in Eswatini. Driven by consistent growth, market diversification, and strategic expansion, ICGH was formally established in 2007 as the holding company overseeing Inyatsi and all its regional subsidiaries.
Our foundational strength was further solidified in September 2009 with the acquisition of Construction Associates, which became the dedicated building division of the Group.

Multinational Footprint

 is a true Swazi success story with an expanding African footprint. Our first venture outside Eswatini was into South Africa in 2008. This expansion led to Inyatsi Construction Limited operating in South Africa, where we landed our inaugural Maintenance and Rehabilitation road project in the Limpopo Province in October 2015.

Today, we operate in multiple countries across the continent, with established operations in:

  • Eswatini (Headquarters)

  • South Africa

  • Zambia

  • Mozambique

We also maintain registered offices in Botswana, Lesotho, and Namibia, demonstrating our commitment to serving a wide range of African markets.
